A simple recipe for nutritious meal including vegetables


Practicing good eating habits is critical to give your body the important supplements particularly during the pandemic. Vegetable stock is a basic method to make your dishes sound. 


Gourmet specialist Kunal Kapur as of late shared a video on Instagram telling the best way to make vegetable stock. "This formula is a key to your effective vegan cooking. You should attempt this formula at home right which is stacked with supplements," he composed. 


This stock can be handily made with generally eaten vegetables in any family. The formula is extremely simple. Investigate: 

1 – Onion, slashed 


Few – ginger, cut 


5-6 – Garlic cloves 


7-8 – Peppercorns 


1 – Bayleaf 


A branch – Basil 


A branch – Rosemary 


A branch – Thyme 


1 cup – Beans with decorations 


½ cup – Carrot dices with managing 


½ cup – Broccoli and decorations 


½ cup – Cauliflower and decorations 


2 pieces – Small celery sticks 


1 – Tomato decorations 


3 l – Water 


Technique 


*In a skillet, add onion, ginger, garlic, peppercorns and bayleaf. 


*Now add spices of your decision like basil, rosemary and thyme. 


*Add every one of the vegetables with decorations. 


*Now add water. Bubble for 60 minutes. 


*Once done, strain the water in the skillet. Your vegetable stock is prepared. 


You can utilize vegetable stock for various dishes, from curries to biryani and soups.
