Tearful Messi confirms he is leaving Barcelona
BARCELONA: A weepy Lionel Messi affirmed on Sunday he was leaving FC Barcelona after the club said it could presently don't manage the cost of paying the Argentine's high wages, adding he was in dealings with French club Paris St Germain over a potential move. 

French paper L'Equipe gave an account of Sunday that the Argentine will head out to the French capital either Sunday or Monday to embrace a clinical and settle his arrangement with the Qatar Sports Investment-possessed club. 

While Messi didn't affirm he would join the Parisians, he said his arrangements were to continue playing as far as might be feasible.
