Amazon challenges CCI order at NCLAT, moves SC to quash HC order

 NEW DELHI: US e-rear Amazon has moved forward its fight in court with Kishore Biyani's Future Group, testing a Competition Commission of India (CCI) request at the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and documenting a request in the Supreme Court to suppress a Delhi High Court request.

Positive results for Amazon can crash the Big Bazaar parent's arrangements for its Rs 25,000-crore resource deal to Reliance Retail.
