Amazon asks Future not to enter into any deal with RIL

 NEW DELHI: E-trade significant Amazon has sent a notification to Future Group advertisers, requesting that they shun going into any sort of exchange with Reliance Industries bunch either straightforwardly or in a roundabout way, sources mindful of the improvement said on Tuesday. The notification follows reports that the Future Group is amidst exchanges with the Mukesh Ambani-drove bunch available to be purchased of its production network and operations organizations.


In the notification dated June 6, Amazon said that the plan of course of action between Future Group and Reliance was dismissed by the leasers of Future Retail (FRL), yet at the same time "FRL has through a fake and tangled trick previously gave over upwards of 835 retail locations to the MDA (Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani) Group and presently expects to move the whole production network, warehousing and strategies business via the proposed exchange to the MDA Group".


It said that the "proposed exchange is in continuation of a bigger fake trick to give impact to the reviled exchange". It said FRL had guaranteed that the MDA Group had "strongly" assumed control over the retail locations. "It is telling to take note of that the Future Group has not made any move against the takeover of the retail locations. Running against the norm, the Future Group is presently expecting to go into a new plug exchange available to be purchased of its inventory network and coordinated factors organizations, which are subordinate and strengthening to the tasks of the retail locations to a similar element, or at least, the MDA Group," Amazon said.
