Bourses clear merger of HDFC with HDFC Bank

MUMBAI: The stock trades have conceded their 'no issue with' the combination of HDFC with HDFC Bank, the organizations said in an administrative revelation. The NSE said that it has no issue with the proposed plan of blend, while the BSE said that it has no unfriendly perceptions on it.


The consolidation presently should be supported by different controllers including the Competition Commission of India, the RBI, the National Company Law Tribunal lastly the investors who will decide in favor of the plan in an exceptional regular gathering.
