
NEW DELHI: Lenders to Future Retail Ltd have submitted credit cases of about $2.64 billion under the continuous bankruptcy process, as per a report delivered on the organization's site on Monday.
A Mumbai court recently requested insolvency procedures against Future Retail after it defaulted on credits with north of 30 substances and its gotten loan specialists dismissed a $3.4 billion offer of its retail resources for market pioneer Reliance Industries .
The most recent cases were recorded by 33 banks including Bank of New York Mellon, State Bank of India, HDFC Bank and Barclays Bank PLC.
The credit claims by moneylenders could change relying upon loan specialists' computations as the insolvency case continues.
