KABUL: A blast at a learning community in the Afghan capital Kabul on Friday morning has caused 19 passings, the public authority said.
"An instructive focus called 'Kaj' has been gone after, which sadly has caused passings and wounds," inside service representative Abdul Nafy Takor tweeted.
"Security groups have arrived at the site, the idea of the assault and the subtleties of the setbacks will be delivered later.
"Going after non military personnel targets demonstrates the foe's barbaric mercilessness and absence of moral norms."
Recordings posted on the web and photographs distributed by nearby media showed bloodied casualties being out of hand from the scene.
