3. The procedure for making kababs:

In a large kadai, first heat the oil and add the green chilli.

Cook the capsicum until all of the water has been removed.

Sauté after adding additional peas and beans.

Put it in the blender once it has cooled down.

Blend in blanched spinach until it forms a coarse paste.

In the mixing bowl, add it.Potato, paneer, and coriander leaves should now be combined.

Combine with corn flour and breadcrumbs.

Steam or bake the beets and boil the potatoes.

Toast one-half cup instant or rolled oats in a skillet over low heat, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned.Cool and coarsely ground.

Add boiled potatoes, two medium-sized steamed beets, one tablespoon grated ginger, a handful of finely chopped cilantro or fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped green peppers (optional), powdered toasted oats, roasted cumin powder, paprika/red chilli powder, lime juice, salt to taste, and a handful of finely chopped cilantro or fresh coriander leaves to a mixing bowl.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and evenly using delicate hands.

Partition equivalent measures of this blend.Shape the parts into circles and somewhat straighten them into kabab or tikki structures utilizing a little oil on your palms.

You can also optionally cover them on both sides with toasted oats before pan-frying them.
