 Delhi, India: The broader index in India is expected to open flat, according to SGX Nifty trends. The BSE Sensex lost 981 points on Friday, the most in a single day since September 23, to 59,845 points, while the Nifty50 lost 321 points.


The Asian markets saw muted trading, with the Nikkei up 0.4% and Taiwan, Kospi, and Shanghai Composite trading flat.


As investors digested a flood of economic data ahead of the Christmas holiday long weekend, Wall Street shuffled to a modestly higher close on Friday, and Treasury yields advanced. This culminated a week marked by concerns regarding the Fed's restrictive monetary policy and related concerns regarding a recession.


The S&P 500 gained 22.43 points, or 0.59%, to 3,844.82, the Nasdaq Composite gained 21.74 points, or 2.11%, to 10,497.86, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 176.44 points, or 0.53%, to 33,203.93.


News about Tata Motors stocks: The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) has awarded TML CV Mobility Solutions, a subsidiary of Tata Motors, a contract to operate 1,500 electric buses in New Delhi. For a period of twelve years, TML will supply, operate, and maintain 1,500 low-floor, air-conditioned electric buses with a length of 12 meters.


Association Bank of India: Through the sale of Additional Tier 1 bonds that comply with Basel III, the bank was able to raise Rs 663 crore.


NDTV: The organizers behind the organization, Radhika Roy and Prannoy Roy, will move 27.26% of their stake in the organization to Adani Gathering possessed RRPR Holding. Thus, Adani Gathering will hold 64.71% stake in the news telecaster.

With 75% (roughly $300 million) of the proceeds designated for this sector, the capital will assist HDFC in expanding its portfolio of green affordable housing.


India's Railtel Corporation: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Railways, has received an order for the capacity enhancement of the West Bengal State Data Centre (WB-SDC) from Webel Technology Ltd. (WTL). The work order is worth Rs 98.56 billion.
