Weight loss: breakfast recipes with eggs high in protein


1. Lose weight by eating eggs!

2. Ingredients for baked eggs with beans: 

1 sliced onion, 1 sliced tomato, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, a handful of dried red chilies, salt and pepper, 250 grams of cooked beans, fresh coriander leaves, 2 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2-3 spring onions, 4 eggs, and 1 tablespoon honey

3. How to make baked eggs with beans: 

Bake the eggs for 20 minutes at 160 degrees. Add olive oil to a hot pan, cumin seeds, and some dry red chilies. Sliced tomatoes and onions should be added. The beans, salt, pepper, fresh coriander, and lemon juice should be added next. Blend well. Honey and tomato sauce are added. Top the egg-and-spring onion mixture with chopped spring onions that have been beaten. At 170 degrees, bake it for ten minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of coriander leaves.

4. Ingredients for an egg in a blanket: 

1 egg, 1 slice of multigrain bread, 1 tablespoon olive oil, chili flakes, oregano, and salt to taste.

5. How to make an egg in a blanket :

Make the center of the bread slice with a heart-shaped cookie cutter. The bread slice should be placed on top of hot olive oil in a pan. Toast them both. Introduce a broken egg into the heart-shaped cavity slowly. Place a lid on the pan and cook for three to four minutes. Slide it onto a plate once it's cooked. Add oregano, chili flakes, and salt to taste.

6. Ingredients for boiled egg chaat: 

Three boiled eggs, one tablespoon of tomato ketchup, one teaspoon of tomato chili sauce, three teaspoons of tamarind extract, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of roasted cumin, salt to taste, one green chilly, and one chopped spring onion

7.How to make boiled egg chaat:

 In a bowl, combine salt, roasted cumin, green chili, tomato chili sauce, tamarind extract, lemon juice, and tomato ketchup. The boiled eggs should now be divided in half on a plate. Over the boiled egg, spread the prepared chutney mix. Garam masala and chopped spring onion should be sprinkled over this. Serve.
