Methi paratha ingredients:
8 tablespoons medium wheat flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain), 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chillies, 2 tablespoons kasuri methi, 1 teaspoon ghee/oil, and 2 cups roasted beans
Procedure
Place a bowl of wheat flour in there. Add each ingredient one by one to the bowl. Combine every one of the fixings as one and afterward add the ghee. Add water gradually and thoroughly knead the mixture to form a smooth dough. Relax for 15 to 20 minutes. The dough should be cut into medium-sized to small chunks. To resemble a chapati, flatten a small or medium amount of the dough. On a heated tawa, place the paratha. The best way to cook methi paratha is over medium heat. Continue to cook the parantha from both sides with a generous amount of ghee on each side. Continue making parathas with the remaining dough. Achhar or any other side dish you like can accompany the hot paranthas.
Egg Chaat Recipe
- 3 bubbled eggs
- 1 tsp tomato stew sauce
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 spring onion, hacked
- 3 tsp tamarind extricate
- 1 green crisp
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp broiled cumin
- Salt to taste
Method
Blend pureed tomatoes, tomato stew sauce, tamarind remove, lemon juice, broiled cumin, green bean stew and salt in a bowl. On a dish, divide the boiled egg in half and cover it with the chutney. Garam masala, boondi, and chopped spring onions are the toppings for the eggs. The Egg Chaat can now be served.
Flaxseed Raita Ingredients:
3 tablespoons ground flax seeds, 1 cup grated bottle gourd, 1/2 cup mint leaves, finely chopped, low-fat curd, 1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground cumin seeds, roasted to taste, salt Cook with a cover over a medium flame for four minutes. In a huge bowl, join every one of the fixings and completely mix in the cooked jug gourd. After at least one hour in the refrigerator, serve cold.
