LONDON: Willian, a veteran Brazilian international, signed a new one-year contract with an option to extend it for another year on Monday.
The 34-year-old previous Chelsea and Munititions stockpile winger scored multiple times in 27 Chief Association appearances for the Cottagers last season.
He went to the Nottingham Forest training facility last week because his contract was up.
However, he claimed to be staying at Fulham.
"Glad to sign another year with Fulham," he told the club's site. " Glad to proceed with the work that I did last prepare with every one of my partners and the entire club. I believe it's a team that has the potential to do even better this season."
