NEW DELHI: The air administrator testament (AOC or permit) of Fly Aviation routes - whose recovery has been a non-starter up until this point - has been restrictively reached out by the DGCA "just for the restricted reason for finishing the continuous corporate bankruptcy goal process (CIRP)" till September 3, 2023. Jalan Kalrock Consortium (JKC), the winning bidder in the insolvency process, was supposed to revive Jet Airways' license, but no progress was made, so it expired in May.
JKC on Monday said the DGCA had recharged the AOC on July 28, "in this way supporting JKC's obligation to resuscitate" Stream.
