A Mauritius-based investor of Devas had recorded the SLP against the Delhi High Court's affirmation request saving the ICC Grant.
After hearing the advice of the two sides, the seat of Equity S Ravindra Bhat and Equity Aravind Kumar said last Friday, "It is of the assessment that the denounced request doesn't call for obstruction. The SLP is as needs be excused. All forthcoming applications are discarded."
