In separate car accidents in eastern Afghanistan, 33 individuals have died

ISLAMABAD: Separate car accidents in eastern Afghanistan have left something like 33 individuals dead and 16 others harmed, specialists said on Sunday. According to Khalid Zadran, a spokesman for the Kabul police chief, ten collisions occurred in the Sorabi district of Kabul province on the main highway that connects the Afghan capital, Kabul, with the eastern province of Nangarhar. These collisions resulted in the deaths of 17 people, including two children and four women.

Ten others were harmed in the accidents and they were hospitalized for treatment, Zadran said.

In the mean time, four extra crashes occurred in the eastern Laghman region close to the furthest limit of similar parkway among Kabul and Nangarhar, killing 15 individuals, as per an assertion from the Laghman police boss.

It added that six people were injured and one person was killed in other parts of Laghman province. The harmed were moved to local medical clinics for therapy.

Car accidents are normal in Afghanistan, essentially on account of unfortunate street conditions and the recklessness of drivers on roadways.
